Procedures for course waiver application
1. Application for course waivers herein only applies to NTU students.
2. Non-NTU students may apply to their respective universities for course waivers with the examination results in accordance with their university's regulations.

Registration requirements and eligible courses for waiver
NTU students who intend to apply for a course waiver shall satisfy Requirement 1 (meeting the passing standards for the subject required by their respective department) and Requirement 2 (meeting the standards specified by the department offering the course) stated in the List of Requirements for Applying for a Credit Waiver. It is essential for applicants to thoroughly review these requirements to avoid any impact on their rights.

Students who applied for course exemption upon registration and meet all exemption criteria (both Requirement 1 and Requirement 2) after the examination must manually drop the course online during the Online Add/Drop Period, if they were successfully enrolled in that course during the second stage of course pre-selection for the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 (AY 2026–2027).
